I have been wearing Bovanti for years. I finally ran out and ordered 3 rum cake mattes again 7/29/23. I only received one 8/5/23. I placed a call 8/15/23 inquiring about the missing two mattes. I was told that they would get to me and they have not. I was assured that they were on their way and would arrive within the week, unfortunately it's been another week later. I am disappointed because I try to support our businesses. I paid $7 shipping and I could have gone to the mall to get it myself when in Greensboro had I known this would be the case. I will be calling my credit card company soon to share my complaint to get my funds back being that I paid almost $50 and haven't received all of my products, we are approaching a month!!! Most likely I won't buy from Bovanti again.
