Smokey eyes have always been my fave.  The simplicity and the sultry look makes it perfect for any date night.  Every single complexion can pull this look off and its such a gorgeous look.  Ok, I know it might be bold and even scary using black but you've got to try it.  Here's how...

  • Keep the darkest point at the lash line. It keeps the makeup fresh, and ensures you are drawing more attention to the eye vs. the makeup.

  • Keep it simple! Only 3 shadows and a liner to pop your eyes.

  • Blend like your life depended on it because blending is your friend. Having the right brushes are just as important to get the perfect blend. You can go as dark as you want with a smokey eye, it's all about the blend. The liner and shadow are met together to give a sultry look.
